Stop automatic renewal
Open Pricing in Studio, sign in, and choose Cancel subscription in your subscription details. Confirm the cancellation and check that the status says automatic renewal is canceled. This stops future renewals; access continues until the displayed end date.
Request cancellation or a refund
To request cancellation of a purchase, exercise a statutory cancellation right, or ask for a refund, email contact@rumata.dev. You can use this route without signing in. Include your name, account email, purchase or invoice reference if available, and what you want canceled. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or identity documents by email.
Polar is the merchant of record for purchases through Polar checkout. You can also contact Polar through your purchase receipt. A request for a refund is separate from stopping future renewal; tell us if you need both.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this page or in our standard refund terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply to your purchase. Applicable rights and deadlines depend on the transaction and jurisdiction. This page does not ask you to waive them.
